Angela Chantell Lechner is the Principal Designer + Creative Director of ACI. Before interiors, her world began in fashion. She studied Fashion Merchandising and Design at UofA Fayetteville, where she learned how material, color, and silhouette shape identity and emotion. That foundation became the backbone of her creative eye.
Her career started in Los Angeles, a city that sharpened her taste and introduced her to the drama and clarity of West Coast design. She spent eight years leading corporate remodeling projects, refining her ability to mix function with mood and visual impact.
When she eventually returned to Arkansas, she brought the West Coast with her. The light, the architecture, the attitude. That influence still shapes the studio today, giving ACI its signature blend of modern edge and expressive restraint.
Since founding the studio in 2019, Angela has designed homes, salons, spas, and boutique commercial spaces across the United States. Her work is rooted in taste rather than tradition, driven by what feels beautiful, current, and emotionally resonant. Each project reflects her fashion-forward sensibility and her commitment to interiors that hold presence.
